We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. Accessibility is an ongoing effort — as we add pages, guides, and booking features, we review them against those guidelines and fix what falls short. This is a self-declared statement of our own commitment and testing, not a third-party certification.
Measures we've taken
Semantic HTML structure with a single main heading and logical heading order on every page
Descriptive alternative text on photos, blog images, and brand imagery
Full keyboard navigation with visible focus indicators
Color contrast targeted at WCAG AA for body text and controls in our dark theme
Text that scales with browser zoom and system font-size settings
Responsive layouts and touch targets sized for one-handed mobile use
Labeled booking form fields with clear error messaging
A phone and email booking path, so no one is required to complete an online form
Known limitations
Some older blog images may have shorter alt text than we'd like; we improve these as we review each post
Embedded third-party content (maps, review widgets, payment tools) is controlled by those providers
Documents shared by request may not be fully tagged — ask and we'll provide an accessible format
